There is the SchoolWork option, but only girls up to a certain rating are normally selected at the School (0-6 in standard game settings).

I do not see an equivalent for University Teacher/Professor in the code. Is there one? So SchoolWork for high rating girls?

Could this be because it is winter? I see in the code the !GameState.Current.IsWinter condition.

I just checked. It is winter in my game, and all it takes is just one bike ride downtown and home again to not have the bike available any more.
